Dear Parents

We are organising Inter house Napkin Holder Designing Competition (Grades 9-12) on 26th June 2021.

Please note-
🔺Theme: CRAFT (Best out of waste)
🔺This event will be conducted in four categories 9-12.
*Grade 9 – USING OLD NEWSPAPER AND CARDBOARD

*Grade 10 – USING ICE CREAM STICKS

*Grade 11 – USING RING AND COLOURFUL PLASTIC ROPES

*Grade 12 – PAPER QUILLING

🔺Designs ought to be created using the mentioned items
🔺Decoration should be tasteful, avoid being loud.
🔺Name, Class and Section should be mentioned with the final picture submission.
🔺Besides the mentioned things, colour, adhesive other decoratives could be used.
🔺We expect the participants to make their designs from the scratch.

🔺The decisions of the judges will be final and binding
🔺Judgement criteria:
Presentation – 10
Innovative Idea – 10
Creativity – 10
Neatness – 10

🔺Deadline to submit the names to respective house mistresses is 20th June, till 5 pm.

We are organising Inter house Signage Designing Competition (Grades 6-8) on 26th June 2021.

Kindly make a note of the following –

🔺Category 1- GRADE 6-
🔺Category 2- GRADE 7
🔺Category 3- GRADE 8
🔺Themes will be given on the spot.
🔺This Competition is open to all the students of grade 6-8.
🔺Students will design 3 signages for the theme given.
🔺The size for each Signage will be 12*6 inches.
🔺Designs may be created with coloured pencils, markers, paint or water colours.
🔺Pre prepared or readymade objects will not be allowed.
🔺Name, Class and Section should be mentioned along with the final submission of the picture/s
🔺Signages must be your original work.
🔺Time allowed to create 3 signages will be 45 minutes.
🔺Meeting details will be shared later.
🔺The decisions of the judges will be final and binding to all.

🔺Theme:
GRADE 3 – Cartoon character
GRADE 4 – Environment
GRADE 5 – Covid 19
🔺Designs may be created with crayons, coloured pencils, markers, paint or water colours.
🔺No readymade items like glitters etc to be used
🔺Name, Class and Section should be mentioned on the Bookmark created
🔺Bookmark design may run vertical (size 15cm length and 6 cm width)
🔺Your bookmark must be your original artwork.
🔺Time allowed to each participant will be 45 mins.

Yoga helps in improving blood flow and helps in building mind clarity. To help combat the growing level of anxiety and depression, we must lead a healthy lifestyle, stay connected to our loved ones, and practice yoga at home.

🔺This ‘International Yoga Day’ we plan to celebrate not just a day but the entire week from 15th to 21st June.

🔺Ms. Smita Parashar, B.P.Ed (specialisation in yoga) will be conducting this workshop. She has to her credit numerous online and offline workshops on yoga, including the special ones for COVID-19 patients. She is pursuing masters degree final year in ‘Yogic Science and Naturopathy’

🔺We request all parents, teachers and students from Sangam School of Excellence to join these sessions and benefit themselves from the workshop

🔺The first 300 entries will only be accepted.
