INTERNATIONAL YOGA DAY

“We all wish for world peace, but world peace will never be achieved unless we first establish peace within our own minds”.

Yoga helps in improving blood flow and helps in building mind clarity. To help combat the growing level of anxiety and depression, we must lead a healthy lifestyle, stay connected to our loved ones, and practice yoga at home.

🔺This ‘International Yoga Day’ we planned to celebrate not just a day but the entire week from 15th to 21st June.

🔺Ms. Smita Parashar, B.P.Ed (specialisation in yoga) conducted this workshop. She has to her credit numerous online and offline workshops on yoga, including the special ones for COVID-19 patients. She is pursuing masters degree final year in ‘Yogic Science and Naturopathy’

🔺The first 300 entries were accepted and received an overwhelming response.

🔺The workshop was conducted over Zoom.us.

🔺Last day the session was made live on FB for our viewers.
