Subject: Notice for the meeting of Parent Teacher Association
Sir/ Madam,
With reference to the subject cited above, as per provision of the clause (e) of sub-section (2) of Section 4 of Rajasthan Schools (Regulation of Fee) Act, 2016 (Act 14 of 2016) and 3(2) of the Rajasthan Schools (Regulation of Fee) Rules, 2016 the meeting for parent – Teacher Association is scheduled for Wednesday, 6th July 2022 at Sangam School of Excellence, Bhilwara. The school had notified parents via a message on 21st May 2022, regarding formation of PTA – Parents Teacher Association. We are organising a meeting with the parents who have submitted the response as well as the mandatory fee amount of Rs. 50/- The meeting will aim at creation of the SLFC School Level Fee Committee, via a lottery. The draw of lottery will be held in presence of the parents who will be present on the day. For those who will not be able to make for this day, we will be sharing the recorded video of the draw of the lottery and will be selecting five parents for this SLFC.
