Dear Parents
We are organising Inter house “Menu card designing Competition” (Grades 3-5) on 31st July 2021.
Please note-
🔺 MENU CARD DESIGNING competition will be conducted in three categories grade 3, 4 & 5.
🔺 Students are free to choose any theme for their menu card.
🔺 Students can use 2 A4 size pages for their menu card.
🔺 Designs may be created with crayons, coloured pencils, markers, paint or water colours.
🔺 Do not use readymade material (glitter, stickers etc.)
🔺 Name, Class and Section should be mentioned with the final submission.
🔺 Your MENU CARD DESIGN must be your own original art work.
🔺 Time limit will be 1 hour for each participant.
🔺 The event will start at 10 am. Meeting details will be shared later.

🔺The decisions of the judges will be final and binding.

We are organising
‘Fruit Carving competition’ on
31/07/2021 (grades 9-12)
Rules
🔹All contestants are required to create a presentation including fruit carvings and fruit decorations for a fruit party
🔹No flowers/extra decoration material will be allowed.
🔹The contestants will have 90 minutes to complete the piece for judging.
🔹All tools including hand tools like chisels, knives, drills, angle cutters, shaped cutters, power tools like squares, levels, toothpicks, etc.are acceptable.
🔹 Any one family member or relative can assist the participant.
🔹 The participants have to start from scratch during the competition. 🔹The participants should be visible while doing the carvings.
🔹 Participants have to arrange fruits and other material they need on their own. Any available fruits would be acceptable.

Book review and digital cover designing competition on
31/07/2021 (grades 9-12)
Rules
🔹This event will be organized on digital platform.
🔹TIME : 1:30 hours for reading, writing and designing.
🔹This is a team event. 3 students (1-Reader, 1- Designer and 1- Presenter) will be chosen by the respective house mistress.
🔹Words limit – 125-150 words.
🔹Students have to read one given e-book pdf (without title) on the same day of competition. They have to read it and give suitable title & design DIGITAL COVER PAGE of same book. After this they have to present/send it to the judges.
🔹 Meeting details will be shared later.

T-Shirt designing competition on
31/07/2021 (grades 6-8)
Rules:
🔺The competition is open for all students from 6 to 8.
🔺Each student will design the T-shirt digitally.
🔺All participants will have to work on software – Autodesk Sketchbook Pro
🔺All students will be given an image of T-Shirt prior to the competition. They will be designing on that image.
🔺Theme will be given at the spot.
🔺Duration- 1 hour 30 minutes.

Rules:
🔺Debate competition will be conducted in three categories grade 6, 7 & 8.
🔺Each house will send two participants for each category. One for the motion and other against the motion.
🔺Paper reading will not be allowed.
🔺Interested students to submit the names to the house-mistresses latest by this Saturday, 24th of July
🔺Interested students to submit their names along with the option of ‘for’ or ‘against’ the motion/topic.
🔺
House-mistresses will further conduct internal audition round in case they receive more than required entries.
🔺Finalists will be declared on 28 July.
🔺Time limit will be 3 minutes for one participant.
