Dear Parents
We appreciate your support to the school.
Kindly make a note of the below mentioned points that brief you about the precautionary measures taken by us for reopening of the school from Wednesday , 22nd September 2021.
▪️Bus route has been made based on the number of responses received.
a. Three seater bench will allow two students sitting at the two ends
b. Two seater bench will allow a single child to be seated
▪️Each child’s body temperature will be examined before allowing the boarding each day
▪️Bus driver’s body temperature will be examined too, on daily basis and will be recorded
▪️The school buses will be sanitised on daily basis.
▪️It will be mandatory for each one on board in bus to put the mask ‘ON’ throughout the bus journey as well when in school
▪️Each bus has a CCTV camera that would be on working mode throughout the journey, till the buses reach the destination.
▪️The CCTV footage helps us monitor inside the bus activities
▪️Other than this each bus will have a bus in-charge as well as a camera in-charge
▪️The role of bus in-charge is to ensure discipline inside the buses and to ensure safe commute (inclusive of pick and drop) for each student.
▪️Camera in-charge’s role is to monitor the live recordings and update the discipline incharges in case of any disciplinary issue
▪️On reaching the school premises, the bus in-charges along with another fleet of discipline in-charges will ensure safe movement of students to their respective classrooms
▪️This movement will be done by maintaining physical distancing
▪️Inside the classrooms each child will be made to sit with a required distance with the next student in row or column
▪️Students will be allowed to move out only for using the washroom facilities, that too with physical distancing maintained outside the facilities
▪️CCTV cameras are placed at all strategic places and are on working mode
▪️There will support staff stationed outside the washrooms to ensure that students maintain social distancing
▪️For any movement from or to the classrooms the students will be monitored by discipline in-charges
▪️Each classroom will have not more than 16 students seated at a time (each classroom otherwise has a capacity of 30 students)
▪️Students and staff have been asked to carry their personal sanitisers
▪️Teachers movement between the classrooms has been structured in a way that at no point of time any class remains without a teacher even for a minute
▪️All important information and signages have been placed at important places
▪️Students and staff have been informed about taking all precautionary measures to safeguard themselves
▪️Staff and students have been asked to avoid coming to school in case if they have cold or mild symptoms of fever
▪️School has a facility of medical attendants who will be on duty during the school hours
▪️Students will be required to get their own meals and water bottles and will be made to have it inside the classrooms only. No meals will be served by the school
▪️All important guidelines have been placed at strategic places including the classrooms and corridors
▪️We have ensured that each of the staff has installed the ‘Arogyasetu app’ in their mobile devices
▪️The bus transport is a paid facility and the monthly charges for availing this facility is 1800/- (For the month of sep and oct we will charge the transport fee as of one month )
▪️The school uniform is not available at the moment and hence students are allowed to wear jeans and t-shirts/shirts to the school
▪️School timings will be, Arrival- 07:45am
Departure- 12:15pm
▪️We will have offline classes only on four days in a week, Mondays to Thursdays. Fridays and Saturdays we will have online classes.

▪️We will accommodate 15-18 students in a class.
▪️Students have to manage the transport only during the exam days.
