Dear Staff
This message is in context to the Classroom Observations,
So please note- ▪️The observations are simply a part of a process that helps us understand how the ‘teaching and learning’ is going on inside the classrooms
▪️The people doing observations are observing the classrooms across the school, in different grades, irrespective they are from the similar subject background or not
▪️One cannot judge an observer on the grounds whether the observer is from a PRT/TGT/PGT/CBSE/International level or area
▪️The Classroom observations are done on defined parameters, that are already shared with each of the staff
▪️No such given perameters has a pre-requisite of requiring the observer to be specifically from the similar subject background as of the being observed
▪️Also, the observer attends the class as one of the attendees to gauge whether what is being taught is understood by all present or not, if yes, then you are a successful teacher…
▪️One shouldn’t be bothered of who is observing him or her, as long as one is confident of his/her deliverables
▪️The observation duties are assigned with ma’am Principal’s approval
▪️In case of any query or doubt regarding the same, you can connect with ma’am Principal and not the coordinator
